What is Silicon Metal?
Silicon Metal processed by excellent industrial silicon and
including full varieties.It is a product made by smelting quartz
and coke in an electric furnace. The main element silicon content
is about 98%, and the remaining impurities are iron and aluminum,
Calcium, etc.
Function
Silicon Metal is silver gray or dark gray powder with metallic
luster, which be of high melting point, good heat resistance, high
resistivity and superior oxidation resistance.
Silicon Metal can be used as used as diodes, transistors, thyristors and various integrated
circuit materials.
